2. Should I choose 1:1 or The Collective?
Career Compass 1:1 is six sessions built entirely around you. The Collective is an 8-week group programme, so you get the structure alongside other women in the same position. If you’re not sure, book a free discovery call and we’ll talk it through.
3. I already know what I want. Do I need Career Compass?
Probably not. If you’re clear on your direction and need help getting there, Land the Role is the better fit.
4. Is the coaching online?
Yes. All my coaching is online, so you can join from anywhere in the UK.
