Your LinkedIn profile is not your CV online. It's a different document doing a different job, and most people treat it like a copy-paste. Send your profile URL and within 48 hours you receive a written critique covering your headline, your About section, your experience entries, and what's missing that recruiters and hiring managers are actively looking for. Specific enough direction that you can make the changes yourself, in your own voice.
3. Strategy Session
One 45-minute session with me after you've had both written critiques in hand. We walk through the feedback so you understand the why behind every note. Then we work on the things the documents can't cover: your interview narrative, how hiring decisions actually get made for the kind of role you're going for, and your salary negotiation strategy before you need it.
