The Power Hour

Best for: Immediate ROI on a single issue.

Focus Areas:

• Salary & Raise Negotiation

• Interview Prep

• Navigating a "Niggle" or Conflict

• Promotion Strategy

The Result: A clear, actionable plan you can implement tomorrow.

Bespoke 1:1 Coaching

Best for: Deep transformation & long-term growth.

Focus Areas:

• Career Change & Pivoting

• Leadership Identity Post-Maternity

• Building Sustainable Work-Life Boundaries

• Long-term Career Roadmap

The Result: A fundamental shift in your professional confidence and a mapped-out career trajectory.

Not sure which path is right for you?

A Power Hour is our 'emergency room' - we get in, we fix a specific issue like a salary negotiation or an upcoming interview, and you leave with a plan.

However, if you are looking to completely pivot your career, rebuild your professional identity after a break, or navigate a long-term promotion track, an hour won't give you the depth you deserve. Deep transformation requires a sustained partnership.

If your 'niggle' feels like a symptom of a much bigger shift, book a Discovery Call instead. We’ll map out a bespoke block of sessions designed to move the needle permanently, not just for the week."

Frequently Asked Questions

1. I’m not sure if my issue is a ‘niggle’ or a ‘mountain.’ Which should I book?

If you can describe your goal in one sentence (e.g., "I need to ask for a £5k raise next Tuesday" or "I have an interview for a Director role"), the Power Hour is your best bet. If your goal feels like a story (e.g., "I’ve lost my confidence since maternity leave and I don't know if I even want this career anymore"), that’s a mountain. Book a Discovery Call so we can build a proper climbing plan together.

2. Can I ‘upgrade’ my Power Hour to a bespoke coaching block later?

Absolutely. Many clients start with a Power Hour to solve an immediate fire. If we realise during that hour that there is deeper work to be done, I will credit the cost of your Power Hour toward your first 1:1 bespoke coaching block. It’s a great way to "test the waters."

3. What actually happens in a 60-minute Power Hour?

We don't waste time on "getting to know you" fluff. You’ll receive a short pre-session questionnaire so I hit the ground running. We spend 60 minutes deconstructing your specific issue, role-playing the conversation (if it's a negotiation/interview), and mapping out your exact next three steps. You leave with a clear action plan.

4. Why can’t I just book three individual sessions?

Experience has shown me that "pay-as-you-go" coaching often leads to "band-aid" solutions. Real career elevation, especially during the return-to-work transition, requires a commitment to the process. By booking a bespoke block, we ensure we have the momentum to push through the "messy middle" and actually reach your goal, rather than just talking about it.

5. Is coaching tax-deductible or can my employer pay?

In many cases, yes! Professional development is a legitimate business expense. If you need an invoice addressed to your company or a "business case" paragraph to send to HR to get your Power Hour or coaching block approved, just let me know. I’m happy to help you navigate that conversation.

6. I'm nervous about the investment. Is it worth it?

Think of it this way: What is the "cost of inaction"? If a Power Hour helps you secure a £3k raise, it has paid for itself ten times over in the first year alone. If a bespoke block keeps you from quitting a job you actually love (but are currently overwhelmed by), the value is immeasurable. We aren't just talking; we are building your ROI.
