These terms apply when you use hihocoaching.co.uk or book coaching with Hi.Ho.Coaching, which is run by me, Susie Powis, as a sole trader. By using this website or booking with me, you agree to them. You can contact me at hi.ho.coaching@gmail.com.

My services

I offer career coaching to individuals and coaching packages to employers. Coaching is a collaborative process. I will bring my experience, structure and full attention, and you are responsible for your own decisions and actions. I cannot guarantee a particular outcome, such as a job offer, promotion or pay rise.

What coaching is not

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical, legal or financial advice. If you need that kind of support, please speak to a qualified professional.

Booking and payment

• Prices are shown on the website or confirmed to you in writing before you book.

• Payment is due in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.

• Free discovery calls carry no obligation to book.

Cancelling and rescheduling

• You can reschedule a session free of charge with at least 48 hours notice.

• Sessions cancelled or missed with less notice are charged in full.

• If I need to move a session, I will give you as much notice as I can and offer an alternative time.

Refunds

Unused sessions in a package can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. After that, sessions are non-refundable but can be rescheduled.

If you are a consumer buying online, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. If you ask me to start coaching within that period, you will be charged for any sessions already delivered.

Confidentiality

What you share with me in coaching stays confidential, unless I am required by law to disclose it or I believe someone is at serious risk of harm. My Privacy Policy explains how I handle your personal information.

My content

The content on this website and any materials I give you during coaching belong to me. They are for your personal use only. Please don't copy, share or sell them without my written permission.

Website use

I do my best to keep this website accurate and available, but I can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and I am not responsible for their content.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits my liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, my liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid me for the service in question, and I am not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make as a result of coaching.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
