September 2026 - 6 places only - Applications open now

SOUND FAMILIAR?

You're good at what you do. Everyone knows it.

But something isn't right.

Maybe you've been passed over again. Maybe you came back from maternity leave and the role you loved has quietly been taken from you. Maybe you've been in the same position for three years telling yourself you'll figure it out next quarter.

You've updated your CV. You've scrolled job boards at midnight. You've had the conversation in your head a hundred times.

But nothing changes.

Not because you're not capable. Because you don't have a compass.

INTRODUCING HI.HO CAREER COMPASS™

Most career advice tells you to find your passion, update your CV, and apply for more jobs.

That's not what we do here.

The Career Compass Collective is built around a framework I developed from years inside corporate and coaching professional women through every stage of their careers. It's not about finding a perfect job. It's about building directional clarity.

You don't need certainty. You need alignment, movement, and a compass.

The four stages:

① Orientation
Where am I now?

We start with radical honesty about your current situation - what's working, what isn't, and what you've been avoiding looking at.

② Alignment
What actually fits me?

We reconnect you to your values, strengths and what genuinely matters - not what you think should matter.

③ Direction
Where am I going?

We build your career vision. Not a fantasy - a realistic, energising direction that fits your actual life.

④ Movement
What's my next right step?

We create your action plan. Specific, strategic, and sustainable. You leave knowing exactly what to do next.

Careers don't move in straight lines. They move in seasons, cycles and transitions. The compass helps you move intentionally through yours.

WHO IT’S FOR

You're a professional woman who is:

- Returning to work after a career break and ready to find a different path, not just slot back into where you left off

- Stuck at the same level, and ready to move rather than wait to be noticed where you are

- Ready for something bigger and know it means a real move, not just a promotion conversation

- In a role that no longer fits, and ready to find what does - a new industry, a new direction, possibly something of your own

- Going through redundancy and ready to rebuild with real intention, not just take the next available thing

If you read that list and felt seen - you're in the right place.

WHAT YOU GET WHEN YOU JOIN

6 live group coaching sessions (75 minutes each, via Zoom)
Each session works through a stage of the Career Compass framework. You’ll be guided through each section, personalising the work to where each person is.

A private cohort of 6 women
Small by design. You'll know every person in the room by name within the first session. No hiding, no anonymity - real connection with people going through exactly what you are.

A private WhatsApp group
The work doesn't stop between sessions. Your cohort is with you all week - for accountability, for moments of doubt, and for celebrating the wins.

A 1:1 session with Susie
Towards the end of the programme, you'll have a private coaching session to make sure your personal plan forward is exactly right for you.

The Career Compass Workbook
Practical frameworks and exercises that you keep and use long after the 8 weeks end.

Lifetime access to session recordings
Life happens. Every session is recorded so you never fall behind

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WOMEN COMMIT TO THEIR COMPASS

"I ended up with a salary £10K higher than the internal role I'd almost settled for, part time - three days a week, with bonus potential on top. Working with Susie gave me the confidence to not settle."

Melanie, Marketing Professional

"I would never have reached out to anyone internally without Susie's coaching. By changing my narrative - not just saying 'I want something flexible' but actually positioning myself properly, people went out of their way to think of me when something came up. The role I ended up with wasn't even being advertised. Someone created it for me."

Melanie, Marketing Professional

"I'm very relieved. It's a weight off my shoulders. I now know that when I drop the boys at nursery on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, I'm walking into something I actually want to do."

Claire, Project Manager

One client joined the Career Compass Collective having been out of work for 15 months. She was getting interviews - her CV was doing its job. But she wasn't converting them.

When we started working together, the pattern became clear. She'd been applying for roles that didn't genuinely excite her, and however hard she tried to hide it, that was coming across. Interviewers could feel the absence of conviction. So the rejections came, and with each one her confidence dropped a little further - and her applications started dropping with it, aiming lower than she was worth, which made the whole cycle worse.

Career Compass broke that cycle.

By the end of the programme she understood what she actually wanted, could articulate it with clarity, and walked into interviews as someone who genuinely wanted to be there. She secured a role, at the level she deserved, by the end of the programme.

Sometimes the thing standing between you and the right job isn't your experience. It's your direction.

WHY I BUILT THIS PROGRAMME

I spent 20 years inside corporate, navigating the same uncertainty, the same overlooked moments, the same quiet question of "is this really it?"

I know what it feels like to fight for the right to return to a job you love. To sit across from a manager who won't look at you. To watch someone with less experience get the role you'd been working towards.

I also know what it feels like to find your direction, and what changes when you do.

I left corporate to build Hi.Ho because I kept seeing brilliant women going round in circles. Not because they weren't capable. Because nobody had given them a compass.

That's what this programme is.

FAQs

Questions people ask before applying:

Q: I don't know what I want yet. Is that okay?

A: It's more than okay - it's exactly who this programme is designed for. Most women who join the Collective don't arrive with a clear destination in mind. They arrive knowing that something needs to change. The Career Compass framework is specifically built to help you figure out what that change looks like for you - whether that turns out to be a new role, a different industry, a business of your own, or something you haven't considered yet. You don't need the answer before you start. Finding it is the work.

Q: What kind of career change do most women on the programme make?

A: It varies - and that's intentional. Some women leave the Collective having decided to move into a completely different industry. Some realise they love what they do but need a different environment to do it in. Some leave with a clear plan to start something of their own. And some discover that what they actually want is leadership somewhere new - the seniority they're after, but built somewhere that's actually theirs to shape from day one. What they all have in common is that they arrived not knowing, and left with a compass. The programme doesn't tell you where to go. It helps you work that out for yourself.

Q: I'm not sure I'm ready. Should I still apply?

A: Yes. The discovery call exists exactly for this. Apply, have the conversation, and we'll work out together whether September is your moment. There's no obligation to commit on the call and no pressure if the timing isn't right. What I will say is that the women who tell me they weren't sure they were ready are almost always the ones who get the most from it. Readiness rarely arrives before the leap.

Q: How long have you been thinking about making a change?

A: This isn't really a question - it's the one I want you to sit with before you apply. If the answer is months, or years, that tells you something important. The Collective exists because thinking about it and doing something about it are two entirely different things. The programme is the bridge between the two.

Q: Will I definitely leave knowing what I want to do next?

A: Most women do, but I want to be honest with you, The Collective gives you the framework, the space, the coaching and the community to do this work properly. What it can't do is do the work for you. The women who get the most from it are the ones who show up, engage fully, and are genuinely willing to look honestly at where they are. If you do that, you will leave with far more clarity than you arrived with. The 1:1 session towards the end of the programme is specifically designed to make sure your plan forward is right for you personally - not a generic next step, but yours.

Q: What if I can't make a live session?

A: Every session is recorded and you'll have lifetime access, so you won't fall behind. That said, the live sessions are where the real work happens - the conversation, the real-time coaching, the moments when someone else in the group says something that shifts everything for you. I'd encourage you to treat them as unmissable where possible and protect that time in your diary from the start. If you know in advance that September is a particularly difficult time for your schedule, it's worth raising that on the discovery call so we can talk it through.

Q: Why a group rather than 1:1 coaching?

A: Because some things only happen in a room with other people. The relief of realising you're not the only one questioning everything. The moment someone else articulates exactly what you've been feeling and you think - finally, someone gets it. Watching a woman in your cohort have a breakthrough and thinking, if she can do it, maybe I can too. These things can't happen in a 1:1 session, no matter how good the coaching is. You also get a private 1:1 session with me within the programme, so you don't have to choose between the two. You get both.

Q: Will I connect with the other women in the group?

A: This is one of the things previous cohorts talk about most. The group is deliberately small, six women maximum, which means you genuinely get to know each other rather than being one face among many. The private WhatsApp group keeps the connection going between sessions and beyond the programme itself. Several women from previous cohorts are still in contact with each other now. When you're navigating something as personal as this, having people around you who truly understand what you're going through is worth more than most people expect before they experience it.

Q: I've tried career coaching before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?

A: That's a fair question and I'd rather answer it honestly than defensively. A lot of career coaching focuses on CVs, job applications and interview technique - the tactical layer. That's useful, but it doesn't help if you don't yet know where you're trying to get to. The Career Compass Collective starts further back. We work through who you are now, what actually matters to you, and where you genuinely want to go before we talk about how to get there. If previous coaching skipped that part, this will feel different.

Q: What is the investment and what does it include?

A: The full investment for the September cohort is £997. Waitlist applicants who confirm their place before 8th August 2026 are offered the founding member rate of £797 - a genuine thank-you for being early, not a discount I extend lightly. For that you get six live group coaching sessions, a private cohort of six women, a WhatsApp group for ongoing support, a 1:1 session with me towards the end of the programme, the Career Compass workbook, and lifetime access to all session recordings.

Q: What if I apply and it's not the right fit?

A: The discovery call is specifically designed to make sure this is right for you before you commit a penny. I'd rather have an honest conversation on the call and tell you that the timing isn't right, or that a Power Hour might serve you better right now, than have you join a cohort that isn't the right match. The application and the call carry no obligation whatsoever.

Q: I'm worried about being in a group. What if I'm at a completely different stage to everyone else?

A: The women who join the Collective are at different points in their careers - different ages, industries, and life stages. What they share is the feeling that something needs to change and the willingness to do something about it. The Career Compass framework meets each person where they are, so the sessions work for the group as a whole and for you individually. The diversity of the group is actually one of its strengths - hearing how someone in a completely different field or situation is navigating the same feelings gives you perspectives you wouldn't get anywhere else. And if you're nervous about the group element specifically, tell me on the discovery call. It comes up more often than you'd think, and it almost never turns out to be the thing people worried it would be.

Q: How do I know if I'm ready to invest in this?

A: Ask yourself this: how much longer are you willing to feel the way you feel right now? Not as a guilt trip, as a genuine question. If the answer is "not much longer," that's your readiness. The investment is £797 for waitlist applicants. The cost of another year in the wrong place; to your energy, your confidence, your sense of self - is usually significantly higher than that.
