With over two decades of experience in the corporate world; Leadership, Strategic Buying, and Commercial Negotiation, I have personally experienced the complex challenges of navigating a demanding career while raising a young family. I returned to work after having children to high-pressure environments - and I know how hard that transition can be.
After navigating my own return to work and career progression as a parent, I realised that professionals don’t just need encouragement - they need practical strategies, personalised support, and someone who truly understands what they’re facing.

Before creating Hi.Ho.Coaching, I spent two decades in the high-stakes corporate world, leading commercial strategy, managing multi-million-pound negotiations, and navigating complex organisational dynamics within some of the UK’s biggest retail companies. I worked my way from entry-level buying roles to Head of Trading and Commercial, giving me a deep, lived understanding of how careers evolve, stall, pivot and accelerate.
Alongside this, I experienced the reality of building a career while becoming a parent. I saw first-hand how talented women struggled to return with confidence, how many felt uncertain about their next steps, and how even the most capable individuals questioned where they belonged in their career after big life changes.
At the same time, I watched organisations with the best intentions fail to retain brilliant people, not because of lack of care, but because they lacked the practical, strategic support needed during key moments of transition.
